This document compiles tools that can support the undertaking of a CRIA assessment, from various UNICEF sources. A number of the tools are derived from the Child Rights Based Approach to program and policy design and development (adapted from the Human Rights Based Approach). CRBA tools can be used in ex ante CRIA to assess how well a proposal addresses the children’s rights problem it intends to influence and the stakeholders that could be consulted.
